March 16th: A Day of Love, Hope, and New Beginnings

March 16, 2025, will forever remain special in the journey of Animal SAYS. Our 9th Adoption Drive was not just an event—it was a movement, a heartwarming celebration of second chances, and a powerful reminder that love truly knows no bounds. With passionate volunteers, dedicated animal lovers, and incredible families ready to open their hearts and homes, the drive was nothing short of a grand success!

A Dream Turned Reality: Adoption Numbers That Inspire

Animal SAYS has always believed in action over words, and this event proved just that. Out of the many rescued animals we brought for adoption, a remarkable 36 pets found their forever homes! Seeing these once-abandoned souls find comfort in loving arms was a sight to behold. From playful puppies to affectionate kittens, each adoption was a testament to the impact of collective kindness.

The turnout exceeded our expectations. Families, students, and working professionals all showed up with one common goal—to give an innocent life a fresh start. We also witnessed a growing trend of senior citizens adopting, proving that companionship is ageless and unconditional.

Beyond Adoption: Raising Awareness & Community Engagement

While adoption was the core of our event, we also focused on educating the public. Our awareness booths, interactive sessions, and expert talks emphasized:

• Responsible Pet Parenting: Adopting a pet is a lifelong commitment, and we ensured that each adopter was well-prepared.

• The Stray Crisis: The importance of adopting instead of shopping was discussed, urging people to be part of the solution.

With the enthusiastic participation of volunteers from St. Michael’s Academy Adyar the energy was electrifying. They played a crucial role in crowd management, documentation, and ensuring the comfort of our furry friends.
